Our vineyard: 35 year old vines that have survived in one of the hottest regions of the Columbia Valley.
Our grapes: Tiny berries hand selected and picked when the brix, ph and acid levels are closely balanced.
Our barrels: Only French harvested from different forests in France.
Our size: Small. We only select eight or ten barrels per year that meet our standards.

To find out we began "blind taste testing" in 2008 alongside Washington State's finest wines that have historically scored the highest in popular wine magazines. Dead Crow’s score averaged in the top 30% for ten years
